This policy explains what Timeless Watch Gallery collects when you buy a Boulos & CO watch, why we need it, who sees it and what you can ask us to do with it. We collect as little as possible and we do not sell your data.
Who is responsible
Timeless Watch Gallery is the shop that sells Boulos & CO watches and is responsible for the personal data described here. We are a small, newly opened business, so the people who read your messages are the same people who pack your watch.
What we collect
- Order details — your name, delivery address, email address and phone number, so we can take payment and get the watch to you.
- Payment details — handled by our payment provider, not by us. We never see or store your full card number.
- Order history — what you bought, when, and any messages about it.
- Browser storage — the bag you filled and your cookie choice, kept on your own device.
Why we use it
To complete your order, tell you where your parcel is, answer your questions, and handle a return or refund if you need one. That is all. We do not build advertising profiles from your orders and we do not sell your data to anyone.
Who sees it
Only the parties needed to finish the job: our payment provider, the fulfilment and courier services that deliver your watch, and the platform our store runs on. Because watches ship from overseas suppliers, your delivery details are sent outside the EU/EEA for delivery. Those services are contracted to use your details only for your order.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept while the return window is open and afterwards as long as tax and consumer law requires us to keep sales records. Support messages are kept only as long as they help resolve your case.
Cookies and storage
We use only the storage needed to run the shop: the contents of your bag, your checkout session, and the record that you have seen this notice. There are no advertising or social-network tracking cookies on this site. You can clear them at any time from your browser settings, and our cookie notice lets you decline.
Your rights
You can ask to see the data we hold about you, have it corrected, have it deleted, or ask us to stop using it. You can also complain to your local data-protection authority. Ask us by replying to your order confirmation email and we will act within 30 days.
Children
The shop is not aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us details, tell us and we will remove them.

If we change this policy in a way that matters to you, we will say so here before it takes effect. The version you are reading is the one that applies to your order.
