A watch should be worn, not wondered about. If it isn't the one, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we'll take it back.
30 days to decide
You have 30 days from the day your watch arrives to tell us you want to return it. Wrist size and colour are hard to judge from a photo, so we'd rather you try it on.
Keep it as it arrived
The watch should come back unworn, with the protective film still on the case back and everything it came with in its original packaging. A quick try-on at home is fine; a week on the wrist isn't.
How to start a return
Reply to your order confirmation email with your order number and whether you want a refund or a different finish. We'll confirm the return address and the next steps from there.
Who pays the shipping
If you simply changed your mind, return shipping is on you. If the watch arrived damaged, faulty or it isn't the finish you ordered, we cover it and put it right.
When the money comes back
Refunds go back to the card or wallet you paid with, within 10 working days of the watch reaching us, including the shipping you paid at checkout. Exchanges for another finish are subject to stock.
If you bought two under the offer
You can send one back; the free watch should come back with it, since its price was the discount. If you're unsure what that means for your order, ask us before posting anything.
