The small print, in plain words.
These terms apply when you order a Boulos & CO watch from Timeless Watch Gallery. Nothing here takes away your statutory consumer rights, and if anything below conflicts with those rights, the law wins.
Making an order
Adding a watch to your bag is not yet a sale. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. If a watch is out of stock or we cannot ship to your address, we will tell you and refund anything already paid.
Prices and currency
Prices are shown in euros and include applicable VAT. The price on the watch card is the price you pay — we do not add charges after you reach checkout. Delivery is free on every order.
The grand-opening offer
- Buy one watch and receive a second one free while the grand opening runs.
- Any two finishes can be combined; you are not tied to the same watch twice.
- The offer is applied automatically at checkout — there is no code to remember.
- Where the two watches differ in price, the free one is the lower-priced watch.
- Only one free watch per pair, and the offer cannot be stacked with another discount.
Delivery
Delivery is free and takes an estimated 5–9 days from the day we confirm your order. The estimate is our best expectation, not a guarantee, and it can be longer at busy periods or for remote addresses. If your watch has not arrived within 5–9 days, tell us and we will track it down.
Your right to change your mind
You have 30 days from delivery to tell us you want to return a watch. The full terms — condition, packaging, who pays shipping, and when the money comes back — are on our Return Policy page.
If something is wrong
A watch that arrives damaged, faulty or as the wrong finish is replaced or refunded at our cost. Tell us within 30 days of delivery, with a photo, by replying to your order confirmation email.
Caring for your watch
Boulos & CO watches are splash-proof: rain and splashes only — not swimming, showering or diving. The case measures 45 × 38 mm; keep it away from magnets, perfume and knocks, and wipe the strap with a soft dry cloth.
Who owns what
The Boulos & CO name, photographs and product descriptions belong to us. Buying a watch does not give you any right to resell or reproduce them.
Responsibility
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking this contract or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, and nothing here limits our responsibility for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
