How does the grand-opening offer work?
Pick any two watches. At checkout the second one drops to free — the offer is applied automatically, so there's no code to remember.
Can I choose two different finishes?
Yes. Any two of the eight finishes can be combined; you're not tied to the same watch twice.
How do I check where my order is?
Order updates go to the email you used at checkout. Reply to that email with your order number and we'll look into it.
Which watch should I pick?
Sovereign (rose gold, black strap) is our best seller. Aurel pairs rose gold with a white strap, and Emerald is the green one. Photos of every finish are in the collection.
It doesn't fit or I don't like it
You have 30 days from delivery to send it back — the full terms are on our Return Policy page.
Before you write
- Your order number (it's in your confirmation email).
- The finish you ordered — Sovereign, Shadow, Aurel, Volt, Arctic, Phantom, Inferno or Emerald.
- A photo if something arrived damaged; it saves a round of questions.
